We are set up at Shekwati Compound Main, right on the G.T. Road. It’s a very busy spot because of all the traffic coming off the highway. If you’re looking for us, we are near Mahaveer Katta, which most drivers in this area know well. Being on the G.T. Road means there is always dust and noise, but that’s part of being in the motor business. Satish Motors isn't a shiny new dealership with glass walls. It’s a working compound where things get dirty and grease is everywhere. We have a few sheds where we keep the vehicles and parts. The sun can get really hot in the middle of the day, so we usually have some fans going to keep the air moving. Our team is just a group of guys who have been working around engines for most of their lives. We don't have a lot of formal meetings or anything like that. We just talk over tea in the morning and figure out what needs to be fixed first. Some days are long, especially when a big job comes in right before we’re supposed to close. But we don’t mind. It’s better to stay busy than to be sitting around. People know they can find us here six days a week, just doing what we do. It’s a simple operation, but it works for us and our customers.
