We have our office here at Agrawal Passport Consultant, where we spend most of our time looking at forms and documents. Helping people with their passport applications is what we do every day. It involves a lot of sitting and checking details, which can be a bit tedious, but it is important for the people who come to us. We don’t have a fancy office with expensive furniture. It’s just a practical space with desks, chairs, and lots of folders. The street outside is always loud, so we are used to shouting a bit to be heard. We have been in Bada Bazar for quite some time. Many of our customers come to us because their friends or family told them we could help. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just try to get the paperwork right so there are no problems later on. Sometimes the rules change, and we have to learn new things, but that’s part of the job. It is a humble setup, but it works for us and the community. We just take it one person at a time. There is no corporate polish here, just honest work in a crowded market. We enjoy the energy of the bazaar even if it gets a bit much sometimes in the afternoon heat. People know where to find us. We just keep the files moving along.
