Rsg Infracon Llp is based out of 117 Kailash Residency in Dadiyapura, which is in Jhansi. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. Our office isn't particularly large, but it’s where all the coordination happens for our infrastructure projects. Being in Jhansi means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity, and there is always something needing to be built or fixed. We don't have a PR team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. Mostly, we are just engineers and site supervisors talking over the phone or looking at site photos. The desks are usually covered in site reports and billing statements. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak season when several jobs are running at once. We’ve had to learn how to deal with delays and supply issues without losing our heads. It’s the kind of business where things rarely go exactly as planned, so we spend a lot of time adjusting and figuring out the next step. Our neighbors at Kailash Residency probably see us coming and going at odd hours sometimes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the roads or buildings we’re involved with are solid and done on time. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to the grind by now.
