Poonam Agencies is right here at Jawahar Chowk. It’s a busy spot in Vrindavan Lal Verma Market, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the shopfront. We’ve been at No-63 for quite some time now. Most people know us around Manik Chowk because we’ve been part of this neighborhood for years. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we keep our stock and talk to the folks who drop by. Every morning, we open up, sweep the front, and get ready for whatever the day brings. The market can get pretty loud with all the rickshaws and people moving about, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just us working out of this space, keeping things organized as much as we can. Sometimes the inventory piles up and we have to move stuff around to make room, but we manage. People stop in for what they need, and we try to help them out without too much fuss. Being in a place like Manik Chowk means you see the same faces every day, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a reliable one that gets the job done. Life at the market is predictable in some ways but always keeps us busy with something or other. There is always something to count or a delivery to check.
