Orchha Heritage Tours

We run Orchha Heritage Tours out of our place at 174, Pulia Number-9 in the Rail Ganj area of Jhansi. It’s an older part of town and we like the feel of it. Our work is pretty simple; we help people see the sights and get around. We aren't a big company with a marketing department. It’s just us in the office making sure the cars are ready and the guides know where to go. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or a road is closed, but we just figure it out as we go. We’ve lived in Jhansi a long time so we know the shortcuts and the best times to visit places. The office isn't much, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of maps. People come to us when they want to visit Orchha or other spots nearby. We don't promise anything impossible, just a fair day of touring. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to drivers. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right. Being located in Rail Ganj means we are close to the action. We don't have a polished speech for customers. We just tell them what the price is and what they’ll see. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy through the seasons.
