Navdisha Nidhi Limited is located at 372 Shanti Complex on Gwalior Road. We are in the Lincem.L.P.H. area of Jhansi. This complex is a pretty well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. We've been here in Jhansi for a while now. Our office isn't anything special, just a room in the complex with some desks and chairs. We handle the Nidhi business, which means lots of paperwork and looking after savings for people nearby. We don't use any of that fancy corporate language or marketing tricks. We are just local people working in Uttar Pradesh. Most of our day is spent filling out forms and talking to our members. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. We don't have a big mission or any polished slogans. We just try to do our jobs honestly every day. The Shanti Complex can get a bit noisy with all the other shops, but we stay focused on our records. People from Jhansi know they can just walk in and talk to us. We don't need a website that does everything because we prefer face-to-face talk. Navdisha Nidhi Limited is just our little workplace. We keep the books tidy and the atmosphere relaxed. Sometimes the printer breaks down or we run out of tea, but we keep going. It’s just a normal, local office doing its bit for the community here on Gwalior Road.
