MUSKAN CIVIL WORKS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We're located over in the JDA Colony in Jhansi. It's a regular neighborhood, and our setup at Muskan Civil Works (OPC) Private Limited is pretty modest. Since it's an OPC, it’s a tight operation. Most days are spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of civil engineering and construction. Jhansi is a place where you really have to know your way around to get things moving. There’s always some hurdle, whether it’s getting a permit or finding the right grade of cement. I don’t use any of that fancy management talk. I just look at what needs to be built and try to figure out the best way to do it without spending a fortune. It's a lot of physical work and being out in the sun. The office in the colony is mostly for the paperwork that I can't avoid. It's not a big corporate building with a name in lights. Just a place to sit down and sort out the bills and the schedules. Sometimes my family helps out with the small stuff. It’s a local business through and through. I’ve lived here a long time, so I know the ground we’re building on. People know where to find me if they have a question. It’s simple, honest work that keeps me busy from morning until night. No big mystery to it, just civil works. Sometimes the phone rings at odd hours, but that's just how it goes.
