Maa Manasa Clinic

Maa Manasa Clinic is over in the Moth area of Jhansi, specifically in Mantri Market. Since we are right on the Bus Stand Road, there is always a lot of movement outside. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. It's a dusty part of town, especially in the summer months, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the benches and the front desk. The clinic itself is fairly small. We have a couple of rooms for seeing people and a place for them to sit while they wait their turn. It’s a very local vibe here. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby villages or they are just passing through the bus stand. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or fancy waiting areas. It is just a plain room with some chairs and a fan that clicks a bit when it’s on high. We open up in the morning when the market starts getting lively. Sometimes things get backed up if a lot of people arrive at once, but we just take it one person at a time. The neighbors in Mantri Market are all friendly, and we often see the same people every day. It’s a basic setup for a basic need. We try to keep the door shut to block out some of the road noise, but the horn honking from the bus stand always finds its way in. It's just a normal day for us here.
