Our office is located at 53 Pasrat in Jhansi. It’s an address that’s been part of the family for a while, listed under the care of Chandra Shekhar’s son. Luxecasa Builders And Developers Private Limited is based right here in the heart of Jhansi. We work on building projects and development around this region. It’s a historic city, and working here means dealing with both old and new structures. Our space is pretty basic, just a place to keep the ledgers and meet with contractors. We spend more time out in the sun at the building sites than we do behind a desk. Jhansi can get very hot, but the work doesn't stop. We are just a local team trying to build things that last. It isn't a corporate setup with lots of layers. If there is a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. We know the people around here and the suppliers who bring us our bricks and steel. Sometimes we have to travel a bit further out in Uttar Pradesh for a project, but we always come back to Pasrat at the end of the day. The paperwork side of things is a bit of a chore, but it’s necessary to keep everything legal. We don't put on airs or try to act like a big city firm. We just do what we know how to do, which is building.
