Land Mark Palace LLP is over at C L 20 in the JDA Medical area of Jhansi. We’ve been operating in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a bit now. The 284128 area is a good place to be. Our office is right there near the medical colony. It’s a practical location for what we do. We handle property and real estate matters for the local community. It’s not a high-rise office with a bunch of secretaries. It’s just us working out of a decent space. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their homes or land they want to buy. Jhansi is a historic place, but it's also growing in new ways every year. We see the changes happening right outside our door. We don't have a mission statement or any of that fancy stuff. We just open the office in the morning and get to work. Sometimes the paperwork for the JDA can be a real pain, but we've learned how to navigate it over time. We aren't polished public speakers. We’re just people who know the local market. If you come by, we’ll probably just offer you a seat and talk about whatever property you're interested in. No pressure, no big sales pitch. We just like to keep things grounded and real. That’s how we’ve always done it here at Land Mark Palace. It’s just how things go in Jhansi. It's a bit dusty in the afternoons, but we don't mind much.
