Our hospital is located over at Ansal Palm Court in Jhansi. If you know the Sakhi Ke Hanuman temple, we are just a short distance from there in the villa area called Banoriya. It’s a multispeciality setup, so we handle a lot of different things under one roof. We decided to set up here at A-65 because it’s a decent spot for people coming from different parts of the city. The building is quite recognizable once you get into the Palm Court area. It’s not one of those cold, sterile places you see in movies; it feels a bit more like a real building where people actually live and work. We have our various departments scattered across the floors. Dealing with health issues is never fun, so we just try to keep the atmosphere calm for the families who come in. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there is a lot going on with the different specialists coming and going. The staff here in Jhansi have been with us for a while, and they know the routine. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is always on the patients in the beds and the people waiting in the lobby. It’s just how we run things here. Being near the temple helps people find us easily when they are giving directions. We just provide medical care to whoever needs it in the local community and keep the machines running.
