Based at House No. 44 in Sangam Vihar Colony. Jhansi is a hot place, especially when you are out on a site all day. We have been operating Kpj Constructions Private Limited from this spot for a while now. It is not a big corporate setup, just a bunch of us working on local building projects around the city. Most mornings start with checking the weather and making sure the truck is loaded properly. We do a lot of residential stuff, fixing up old houses or starting new ones from the ground up. Sometimes the supplies do not show up on time because the roads in UP can be unpredictable, but we manage. People stop by the house often to ask about quotes or just to see how a project is going. It is loud and dusty work, but it feels good to see a wall go up straight. We do not have a fancy front desk or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs in the front room where we keep the blueprints and receipts. Jhansi-284003 is home for us. We know the neighbors and they know what we do. It is simple enough. We try to get home before it gets too dark, though during the busy season, we are often out late finishing a concrete pour or checking on a foundation. It is just how things go in the construction business here.
