Khatibaba Realcon Private Limited is over in Jhansi, specifically in the Babina area. We are located at C/o Peer Md, 74 Babeena Mohan Jo. It is a very local setup, and Peer Md's place is where we do all our business from. Jhansi can be quite a tough place to work in because of the heat, especially during the peak summer months. We deal with real estate and construction, or "realcon" as the name says. Most of our work involves meeting people in the neighborhood and discussing land or building projects. It is not the kind of business where we sit behind a computer all day. We are usually out on the field or sitting on a porch talking things through. There is no corporate polish here. We talk to people in the local language and keep things simple. Sometimes the paperwork takes a long time because of the local regulations, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a website or a big social media presence. Most people find us because they live nearby or they know someone we have worked with before. It is a small-town way of doing business, based on knowing people and being present in the community. We just try to do right by the folks who trust us with their projects in the Babina and Jhansi area.
