Katare & Assoc is over in Mauranipur, right at Dubey Ka Chowk in Jhansi. It’s one of those spots where everyone seems to know everyone. Our office isn't hard to find if you are familiar with the 284001 area. We spend most of our time here dealing with numbers and legal forms. It’s a simple room with the basic stuff you’d expect—desks, a few cabinets for files, and chairs for anyone who stops by. Living and working in Jhansi has its own pace. It’s not like the big cities where everything is a rush. We spend a lot of time double checking the pages. Usually, the morning starts with a bit of tea and then we dive into the day’s work. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so we spend a lot of time reading through documents. The chowk is always lively, so there’s a bit of background noise, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the accounts are right. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and it feels like home. People come in with their ledger books and we sit down to sort things out. It’s practical work. We don't go for flashy decorations; we just keep the office functional so we can focus on the figures. It’s just how we do things here and we hope to stay here for a long time.
