JAY PARTH CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATELIMITED

We are located near the medical college area in Jhansi, specifically in Kargaon. The business is run care of Raj Kumari, who is the wife of Jitendra. It is a private limited company but we run it like a small local shop. Jhansi is a place with a lot of stone and hard ground, so construction here has its own set of challenges. We have been doing this for a while and have seen the city grow toward the medical area. Our office is a simple place where we keep our tools and our records. We do not go in for anything fancy. Most of the time we are out at a site making sure the bricks are being laid straight or that the cement mix is right. It is a lot of physical work and being out in the sun. We do not have a big marketing budget or a website with lots of pictures. Most people find us because they saw one of our projects or they know Raj Kumari and Jitendra. It is a personal way of doing business and we like it that way. We just take one project at a time and try to finish it before starting the next one. It is just a normal life for us here in Jhansi, working hard and hoping for good weather so the work does not stop. We keep moving forward with the construction jobs we have.
