Entirely Extravagant Development Private Limited

Despite the name Entirely Extravagant Development Private Limited, we are actually located in a very modest spot in Village Kheri. Our office is on Plot No-78, near Post Khadaura in the Jhansi district. It’s a rural area, far from the big city lights and the traffic. We like it this way because the air is better and we have plenty of space to store our equipment and park the vehicles. We deal with land and development, mostly focusing on projects that make sense for this part of Uttar Pradesh. Living and working in a village means you know everyone and everyone knows you. There’s no hiding behind a corporate logo or a website here. We just go about our business every day. Sometimes we are out in the fields looking at plot boundaries, and other times we are in the small office filing papers and dealing with the bank. It is a bit of a drive to get to the main town of Jhansi, but we don't mind the travel. The work we do is practical and necessary for the area. We see the land change as new things get built. It isn't always fast, and we have our share of headaches with logistics and getting labor during the harvest season. But that is normal for this line of work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually hear about us by word of mouth from neighbors. We just try to do right by the folks.
