We are over at A K Mishra’s place in Indra Nagar, Garoutha. It is a quiet spot in Jhansi. We do construction work here, mostly local projects. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just manage. My desk is usually covered in old papers and blueprints. We deal with bricks and cement daily. It is hard work, but someone has to do it. The office isn't much to look at, just a room really. We have been around for a bit now. People come in to talk about their projects. We try to get things done on time, though the heat in June makes everything slower. We spend a lot of time on sites. It is mostly just us trying to build things that stay up and last. We do not have big fancy meetings or anything like that. Just phone calls and making sure the supplies show up when they should. Sometimes the trucks are late and we have to wait. We have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. We are located at Garoutha, right there in Uttar Pradesh. It is a simple life here. We do not have a big team, but everyone knows what they are doing. We handle the paperwork and the labor side of things too. If you walk past Indra Nagar, you will see our small sign. There is nothing flashy about it. We just focus on the building part.
