Ar. Narendra Raikwar

I’m Ar. Narendra Raikwar, and my office is located just outside the Bada Gaon Gate in Jhansi City. You can find me right near Sunrise Public School. It’s a fairly easy place to spot once you’re in that part of town. I’ve been working as an architect for a good bit now, mostly handling local projects around Jhansi. My day usually starts with checking on current sites and then spending the afternoon at my desk. It’s not a huge operation, just me and a bit of help when needed. The office is pretty quiet, which is good because I need to focus on the technical details of the buildings. I don’t use any of those big marketing slogans because that’s not really my style. I just look at the land, see what the owner wants, and try to make it work on paper first. There’s a lot of back and forth with the local authorities and the contractors, but that’s just part of the routine. Being near the school means there’s always some activity outside, but inside it’s all about the blueprints. I take on various types of work, from small houses to some bigger structures nearby. It’s honest work, and I try to stay practical about costs and materials. If you’re around Bada Gaon Gate, you’ll likely see my sign and the school right there. I spend most of my evenings just cleaning up the desk and getting ready for the next day.
