ANSHUAADI CONSTRUCTION LLP is our company. We are based in Jhansi, at a place called Kuncha Bhanwar. The office is care of Rajeev Kumar, who is the son of Ghan Shyam. It’s a local setup in an area that has a lot of history. Jhansi is a busy place, and we do our part by taking on construction projects around the city. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a practical room where we keep our files and meet with clients or workers. We deal with the typical stuff you’d expect—bricks, cement, and trying to get things built on time. It gets very hot here in Jhansi, so we usually try to get the outdoor work done early in the day. We are a small Limited Liability Partnership, so it’s a tight group of us running the show. We don’t use any big words or marketing talk to describe what we do. We just build. Whether it is a small repair or a bigger structure, we take it as it comes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites, making sure everything is going okay.
