3Rd Generation

At 3Rd Generation, we operate out of the Gurukripa Complex on Minarwa Jail Chauraha Road. We are right in the Jhokan Bagh area of Jhansi, and the Pnb Bank is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. The name of the place kind of speaks for itself, as we’ve been around the block a few times. Our daily life involves a lot of different tasks related to the building and design world. It’s a bit of a mix here. One day we might be looking at floor plans, and the next we are dealing with suppliers for materials. The office is a busy spot, especially with the road outside always having something going on. We don’t really have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us working together to get things finished for the people who come to see us. We spend a lot of time discussing how to make spaces work better without spending too much money. It’s a lot of practical talk and measuring things out. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s central and everyone knows where the Jail Chauraha is. Most of our visitors are just local folks looking for some help with their property. We keep our coffee hot and our pencils sharp, and we just take each project as it comes. It’s been our way of doing things for years. We just keep at it every single day.
