Shiv Shakti Traders

If you go down Behat Road in the Madhubani district, you will find Shiv Shakti Traders. We are at Ward No. 5801, right near the Shantinath Temple. Being close to the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers every day, which is nice. The shop is a typical trading spot where we sell various items for the house and farm. It’s a dusty place because Behat Road isn't paved very well in some parts. We have bags and boxes piled up almost to the ceiling. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or are visiting the temple. We don't have a website or any of that modern stuff. If someone needs something, they just come in and ask. My cousin helps me with the heavy lifting and the accounts. During the festival seasons, the road gets so crowded that we can barely get our doors open. We usually just sit on the front step and talk to the people passing by. The building is old and needs a bit of paint, but it holds all our stock just fine. We have been here through many rainy seasons and hot summers. We don't promise anything fancy, we just show people what we have available. It is a simple business in a quiet part of Behat. People trust us because they have known our family for a long time. It is just life here.
