So, Universal Pharma is our small business located in Jhalawar. We are situated right near Krishna Palace, which is a place most people in the area know well. Being close to the palace makes it easy to give directions when someone is looking for us. We've stayed in this spot for quite a while now. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and boxes. We spend a lot of time just sorting through things and making sure we didn't run out of anything important. Jhalawar is a decent place to work, though it gets quite hot in the summer months. We usually keep the fans running all day to stay comfortable. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers getting things ready for customers. We don't do a lot of advertising because word of mouth seems to work fine. People come in, get what they need, and head back out. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when there’s a lot of traffic near Krishna Palace. We’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We try to be quick so people don't have to wait around too long. It’s just a regular local shop where we put in our hours and go home. That's pretty much the whole story of our place here in Jhalawar, nothing more and nothing less. We just focus on keeping the shelves stocked up for whoever walks through the door.
