Sandiana Mines & Minerals

Sandiana Mines & Minerals operates out of the Modern Auto Traders building at Aerodrome Circle on Jhalawar Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always the sound of horns and engines in the background while we’re trying to work. We share the space, which makes it a bit cramped sometimes, but it works out for what we do. Our side of things involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls related to the mining and minerals trade. We don't actually keep the raw materials here in the office—that would be a huge mess. Instead, this is where we coordinate the logistics and talk to the guys out at the sites. The desk is usually covered in maps, invoices, and half-empty cups of tea. It’s a practical setup without any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’re right near the circle, so it’s easy for people to find us, even if the parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the busy hours. We spend a lot of our day dealing with shipping schedules and making sure the trucks are going where they’re supposed to go. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go according to plan, but we just deal with the problems as they come up. We’ve been part of the Jhalawar Road scene for a while and like being right in the middle of the action with all the trucks.
