Lalwani Projects Private Limited is based out of Jhalawar, specifically at 1-J-2 in the Awasan Mandal Colony. It’s right near the old Chungi Naka and the NH-12 highway. Being so close to the highway means there is always the sound of trucks and traffic in the background. Our office is in the Housing Board area, which is a pretty standard residential spot. We do local projects, mostly focused on construction and development in this part of town. It is not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. We have a small team of people who know each other well. The office has some old wooden desks and shelves full of blueprints and files that have been there for years. We aren't really into the whole corporate image thing. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Jhalawar is a small place, so word of mouth is usually how people find out about us anyway. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy signs. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or waiting for materials to arrive. It can be a bit slow sometimes, especially during the monsoon, but we keep at it. The office is easy to find if you know where the old Chungi Naka is. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we plan on staying here, just doing what we know how to do without any extra drama or complicated mission statements.
