Jms Rural Development Nidhi Limited is run out of Ajesh Kumar’s place in Bishwasomnagar 8. We are a small team focused on rural development, which really just means we help people in this area manage their money. Since we are in a more rural setting, we see a lot of people who work on the land or have small local shops. Our office is pretty basic, just a room with some desks where we sit and do the accounting. We don't have any big signs or fancy lighting. Most people find us because they know Ajesh or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. Dealing with money in a small place like Bishwasomnagar is all about trust. We take that seriously, even if we don't use big corporate words to describe it. We spend a lot of time just listening to people and figuring out how we can help them save up for things they need. The days can be long, especially during the harvest season when everyone is busy, but we stay open to make sure people can get their business done. We aren't trying to be the biggest Nidhi in the country. We just want to do a good job for the people right here. It’s a slow and steady kind of life, and we are happy to be a part of it. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving, but we don't mind the hard work as long as the accounts are right and our members are satisfied with how we handle their small savings day after day.
