Garg Sweets

Garg Sweets is located right on G T Road in Aditaya Nagar. It is a very busy spot because of all the trucks and buses that go by 78 G T Road at all hours. We have to wake up very early, usually way before the sun is even up, to start cooking the sweets for the day. The kitchen is always warm from the big stoves we use. We make various types of local sweets that the people in this area seem to like. It is a lot of heavy lifting with the big containers of milk and sugar, but it is what we have always done. The shop is usually filled with the smell of frying and sugar syrup. We do not have a big marketing plan or anything fancy like that. People just know we are here because of where we are located and what the neighbors say. We see a lot of travelers who are just passing through Aditaya Nagar and need a quick snack or something sweet to take on their journey. The floor gets a little sticky sometimes, so we are always cleaning it up. We try to keep the display cases full, but some days things sell out a lot faster than we expect. It is a family-run kind of shop, so you will see the same faces every time you walk in. We are just a sweet shop on a busy road trying to do our daily work.
