Agarwal Suppliers is situated in the Old Dhanmandi area, not too far from the Srya Nmandir here in Jhalrawaptan. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and the people passing by all day long. The Dhanmandi is a busy marketplace, so it’s always crowded with carts, trucks, and people looking for things. We supply various goods to the local shops and people in the area. Our shop is old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it holds everything we need. We spend our days loading bags and boxes. It's physical work, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. We don't use any big words or fancy talk to sell what we have. People come in, ask if we have something, we check the back, and if it's there, we sell it. It’s a very basic way of doing things, but it’s how we’ve always done it. The market can be chaotic, especially on festival days when the temple is crowded, but we like being in the heart of the town. We know most of our regular customers by their first names. We don't have a big corporate structure; it's just a family-run type of thing. We open the shutters in the morning and close them when the sun goes down. That’s our daily routine, and we’re used to it by now. It keeps us going day after day in this busy spot.
