Wellman Power Pvt.Ltd. is out at Plot No.42 and 43 in the Model Economic Township. It’s a bit of a distance out in the district, so it’s not exactly in the middle of a crowded city center. The township is a large area with a lot of space between the plots. We have a good amount of room here at our site. It’s a quiet place compared to the main city, which is nice for getting things done. The building is a basic industrial structure. We don't have any fancy landscaping or big statues out front. It’s just a place where we work. At Wellman Power Pvt.Ltd., we spend the day checking over plans and dealing with the logistical side of things. Since we are in the Model Economic Township, there’s a lot of construction and new stuff going up around us. We’ve been here while the area has been developing. Inside, the office is just what you’d expect—desks, chairs, and a lot of technical papers. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just come to work and do it. The commute can be long, but once we’re here, we just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s an honest, no-frills kind of environment. We like it that way because it lets us stay focused on the actual work without distractions. Every afternoon we take a short break and then get back to finishing our lists.
