If you head down the Rohtak Road toward Village Sankhol, you’ll find us at Plot No. 191-192. United Manufacturing Company is basically two plots joined together because we needed the extra room for all the materials and machines we’ve gathered. Udyo Vihardeli is a busy stretch, and there’s always trucks coming and going, which keeps things interesting. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop on the road, just a place that does solid work. The building itself has seen better days, but the equipment inside works just fine and that’s what actually matters to us. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so everyone knows exactly what they’re supposed to be doing without being told. We don’t have a lot of meetings or big announcements. Usually, we just check the schedule in the morning and get to it. It can be a bit chaotic when a big shipment arrives, but we manage to sort it out. We’ve lived and worked around Sankhol for a long time, so we’re part of the local landscape now. It’s just an honest day’s labor for a group of people who like working with their hands. We don’t use any fancy systems, just some common sense and the experience we’ve picked up along the way. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. That’s just how we do things at our place. It might be a little rough around the edges, but we get by.
