S.B Spice

You will find us in Village Gawalison, which is in the Jhajjar taluka. Our place is at Plot No.541, right near the Idea Tower which is the main landmark for anyone visiting. Being out here in the village is very different from the city businesses. S.B Spice is a simple setup where we deal with the local crops and grind them down. The air out here is a bit fresher, though it gets very hot in the fields during the summer. We have a small shed where we keep the machinery for processing the spices. It is a family-run thing, and we usually have neighbors stopping by to say hello while we work. The Idea Tower helps people find us because the roads in the village don't always have clear signs. We spend our mornings drying the raw materials in the sun and our afternoons running the grinders. It’s a repetitive kind of work, but there is a certain rhythm to it that we like. We don't have a website or any big advertisements. People just know us by word of mouth in the surrounding villages. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around for it to come back to finish the day's work. It is a quiet life, mostly, and we just focus on our daily chores. We often share a meal together in the shade of the building.
