Real Investor

Our place is at Hno 407, 21 Street No 4 in Adarsh Nagar. It’s right on Jhajjar Road in Bahadur Garh. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty busy with the local traffic. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a bit now. Being a Real Investor sounds more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we just keep an eye on what’s happening with the houses and shops nearby. The office isn't anything special, just a room with some chairs and a lot of notebooks. We spend a good chunk of the day just talking to people who walk by or call in from the 124507 area. There’s no big corporate office feel here. It’s more like sitting in someone’s living room, just with more paperwork. Sometimes we take a walk down Street No 4 to see what’s changed. Things move slowly sometimes, and other days it’s a total rush. We don't use fancy jargon or try to act like we know everything. We just know this specific neighborhood pretty well. If someone asks for help, we tell them what we know from being around so long. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Usually, we are just happy when the electricity stays on and the internet works fine. That’s about it for us here. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for those long, quiet afternoons.
