Pawantanay Builders & Developers Privatelimited is located in Vill Tikaran Khera. We are based at H.No. 201, care of Sajjan Lal. It’s a very local business, and we operate right out of the village. We handle building and development work for the surrounding area. Being in Tikaran Khera means we are close to the people we work for. It’s not a corporate office in a big fancy building; it’s a house where we manage our business. We’ve known most of our neighbors for years. This makes us work a bit harder because our reputation is everything in a small place like this. We don't have a marketing budget or any of those things. We just do the work and hope people like it enough to tell others. Most days involve talking to suppliers and checking on the progress of various small builds.
