Hil Ltd.- Ck Birla Group

We are located out in Village Jhajjar, right near the petrol pump in Tehsil Mata Nahil. It’s a bit of a drive out here but it gives us the space we need for the whole plant. Even though we are part of the CK Birla Group, the vibe at this specific location is pretty down to earth. Most of us live in the nearby villages and walk or ride here. Hil Ltd. has been operating here for a good bit of time now. The facility is big and it can get quite noisy during the day shift when everything is running. We focus on the production side of things mostly. You see the heavy trucks coming and going all day long. The road near the petrol pump is always busy because of the transport. We don't have a lot of fancy landscaping or a glass lobby. It’s a factory. There is grease, there is machinery, and there are people who know how to run it. We just show up, do our shifts, and make sure the output is what it should be. Sometimes the weather out here in Jhajjar gets really tough, especially in the summer heat or when it rains hard, but the work doesn't stop. We take our breaks in the small canteen area together. It's not a corporate headquarters vibe at all. It’s just a place where things are manufactured by people who have been doing it a long time. We know the machines and we know the job.
