Hasten Process Technologies P Ltd.

Our unit is over at 2024, Mie. It’s a big industrial area, so it’s mostly just factories, warehouses, and trucks around us all day. Hasten Process Technologies is where we deal with the technical side of things, mostly equipment that goes into bigger manufacturing plants. We’ve got some heavy equipment and a lot of specialized tools scattered around the floor. It’s not a place for shiny shoes or clean clothes, that’s for sure. We spend most of the week figuring out how to make these processes work better or fixing components that have worn out from use. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to get things done. We don’t bother with much marketing or anything like that because the work usually speaks for itself to those who know us. It’s a lot of metalwork and carefully looking at gauges. Sometimes the weather in the industrial estate gets really hot in the summer, and the shop feels even hotter, but we just keep the fans going and keep moving. We have our lunch together in the small break room and talk about whatever is going on. It’s a practical kind of life. We like the challenge of a difficult job, but we don't go around bragging about what we do. We just stay here at 2024 and get things finished. It’s a steady rhythm.
