Goel Logistics

Our setup is right here in the village of Dubaldhan, out in the Jhajjar district. Most days are pretty quiet around the village, but the logistics work keeps us on our toes. A couple of trucks are usually parked out back for moving goods around Haryana. This isn't some massive operation with hundreds of staff. It is just a few local guys who know how to get things done. My cousin helps with the driving and I handle most of the paperwork in the small office we have. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time maintaining the vehicles. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception area. Most people just walk in or call my mobile when they need something moved. We handle a bit of everything, from farm supplies to building materials. Sometimes we have to drive all night to get a delivery done on time, but that is just part of the life. We don't use any of those big corporate words to describe what we do. We just pick things up and drop them off where they need to go. There is always a pot of tea going in the corner if you ever stop by to chat about a load. We just try to be fair and do the work honestly every day. Nothing more to it than that. It keeps the family fed and the trucks running.
