You can find us in Bailhongal, which is part of the Belgaum district in Karnataka. Our office is tucked away in Patribasaweshwar Nagar, specifically on the 3rd Cross at the L.S. Pammar building. It’s a local neighborhood, not a big commercial hub, so it feels quite grounded and real. We’ve been running Gammon India operations from here for a bit now. The street is narrow, and there’s usually a few bikes parked out front. Inside, the space is filled with project folders and site equipment that hasn't made it out to the field yet. We speak a mix of Kannada and English mostly. It’s a functional place where we sit down to figure out the logistics for the local infrastructure work. The lighting isn't the best, but we have enough desk lamps to see our drawings clearly. There’s a small tea shop just down the road where we go when we need a breather from the paperwork. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies. There are stains on the walls where posters used to be, and the door squeaks every time someone walks in. We don't mind it much. We’re here to work and stay connected with the projects happening around Belgaum. It’s a simple setup for a team that spends more time on the road than behind a desk, but it serves us well for what we do. It’s just how we get through the day.
