We operate out of Jharli, right by the power project in Jhajjar. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the big cities, but we like the pace here. Being near the Indira Gandhi Super Thermal Power Project means there is always something happening around us. Our setup is pretty humble. We’ve got a small office space where we handle all the coordination. It’s dusty sometimes because of the trucks and the work going on nearby, but that’s just part of being in this location. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in notes and blueprints. We spend a lot of our time just making sure things are on track. The people in the village know us, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the area. It’s not a place for corporate talk. We speak plainly and expect the same from others. When things get busy, we just put our heads down and work until it’s finished. We’ve been here through different seasons, seeing the landscape change. It’s a solid place to be based. We don’t need much more than a working phone and a place to sit. It’s about getting the job done without any fuss. That’s really all there is to it. We don't have a marketing team to tell our story, so we just let the work speak.
