Our place is Ecotech Appreal Pvt. Ltd. and we are located in Vpo Talao. That’s in the Jhajjar district of Haryana. Being out in a village like Talao is quite different from being in the middle of a big city like Delhi. It’s a bit quieter, but there are still things moving all the time. The pin code here is 124103. The commute for some of us involves a bit of travel on roads that aren't always paved perfectly. You see fields and open spaces before you get to the office. The building itself is straightforward. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in. Since we deal with apparel, there are often scraps of fabric or samples lying around on the tables. It smells like clothes and maybe a bit of machine oil sometimes. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for a while and we know the local area well. When it rains, the ground outside gets pretty muddy, so we all leave our shoes by the door. It’s a humble setup. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just focus on the garments and making sure everything is sorted out. It’s a long day, but being out here in Jhajjar has its own rhythm that we’ve all gotten used to over the years. We just keep working.
