We are located at house 9/554 in Vivekanand Nagar. It is a regular neighborhood where everyone pretty much knows each other. At Build MJ Homes LLP, we are usually out on construction sites rather than sitting in the office. Building a house is a slow process and there are always delays with bricks or cement. We try to keep things moving as much as we can. Our team is small and we mostly work with local laborers. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just build walls and put on roofs. It gets very hot during the summer, which makes work slow, but we keep at it. Vivekanand Nagar has been our home base for a long time. People stop by the house to ask about costs or how long a project might take. We tell them the truth, even if it isn't what they want to hear about timelines. There is a lot of paperwork with the local authorities too, which takes up a lot of our mornings. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the houses we started so families can move in. Every house we build feels like a big job because of all the small details. We just take it one day at a time and hope the weather stays clear for the concrete to set. Building things is hard work but it is what we know.
