We are located at Plot No. 38/10 in the GIDC Mega Estate. It’s one of those big industrial areas where every building looks a bit like the next one, but we’ve made this one ours. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of stuff packed into 38/10, but we manage to make it work. Most of the day is spent handling orders and making sure the floor is running smoothly. We don’t have a big fancy lobby, so if you come to visit, you’ll probably walk right into the middle of the work. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we usually prioritize fixing the machines over the decor. It’s a noisy environment with a lot of clanking and the occasional shout from one end of the floor to the other. We don’t use any complicated systems; we mostly just write things down on clipboards and keep track of everything manually. It’s worked for us so far, and it keeps things simple. The guys here have a good rhythm, and everyone knows what their job is without being told every five minutes. When the power goes out, which happens occasionally in the estate, we just take a break outside until it comes back on. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we don’t overthink it. We just keep our heads down and work.
