Our operation is based at Plot No. 38/7 in the GIDC Mega Estate. It’s a functional space that suits the kind of work we do every day. Dealing with materials like ours means the floor is rarely spotless, no matter how much we sweep it at the end of the shift. We have a small office tucked into the front corner where the light is a bit better, but most of us spend our time out in the main area. The shelves are filled with containers and bags, and there is always a faint smell of the materials we work with hanging in the air. It’s not a place for people who are afraid of getting their hands a bit dirty. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures; we just focus on getting the orders out the door. The trucks come and go from the loading dock, and sometimes they have a hard time backing in because the street is so narrow. We just help them guide it in and get to work. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we don't need many meetings to know what's going on. We just check the list in the morning and get through it. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living, and we’re fine with how things run here. It is just another day at the estate.
