Shiva Engineering & Works

Shiva Engineering & Works is located at Plot No. S1/1 in Sector No. 1/2 of Thakur Colony. We are out in Pithampur, over in the Dhar district. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but we’ve been here for a good while. The shop is a basic setup. We have the machines we need and a bit of space to move around. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We do a lot of different engineering tasks. Some are small and some take a few days. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the back working on a lathe or something similar. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most of our work comes from people in Pithampur who know we are here. It’s a practical way to run a business. We try to keep the floor clear so no one trips, but it’s a workspace, so there’s always something on the ground. Thakur Colony is a quiet enough place to work. We just do our bit and try to stay on top of the pile of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around. We just want to do the job right and keep folks coming back. That’s enough for us. We pack up when the light starts to fade.
