Navpad Developers And Colonizers Llp is located on Ahilya Marg. We are right opposite the Shiv Temple, which is a very easy landmark to give people when they are trying to find us. The office is listed as C/O Sourabh Kumar Bhandari, who is the son of Ashok Bhandari. It is a local business through and through. The atmosphere in our office is quite relaxed but we stay busy with the day-to-day tasks of managing colonies and development work. Being near the temple means we hear the bells sometimes, which is actually quite nice during a long afternoon. We have a simple setup with basic desks and some old chairs that are actually more comfortable than they look. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us; we just tell it like it is. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or those who have heard about us through word of mouth. We deal with a lot of land documents and maps, so the tables are usually covered in large sheets of paper. It’s a bit of a traditional way of working, but it has served us well so far.
