Malwa Food Products

Malwa Food Products is located out at Plot No.24 in Sector No.1 in Pithampur. It’s a big industrial area, so there is always a lot of dust and trucks moving around. Our building is where we process all the food stuff. It’s a big space and it gets loud when the machines are running. We have a crew that comes in shifts. Some guys have been here since the start. We mostly focus on making sure the ingredients are fresh and the packaging is sealed tight. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking the bags. Dhar is a good place for this kind of work. The weather gets really hot in the summer, which makes the factory floor even hotter, but we have some fans going. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. Just an office where the paperwork gets done and the warehouse where the real work happens. Most of our day is spent watching the lines and making sure nothing gets stuck. We eat lunch together in the small break room. It’s just simple food production. We try to keep things organized, though with so many pallets moving around, it can get messy by the end of the shift. We just clean it up and start again the next morning. Everyone knows their station and we just get on with it.
