Caparo Engineering India Ltd.

We’ve been based over at 9-b in Sector-II of the Akvn Industrial Area for quite some time. If you know this part of the industrial estate, you know it’s pretty busy with trucks and people moving gear around all day. It’s not the most glamorous spot, but it works for what we do here at Caparo Engineering India Ltd. Most of us start the day pretty early before the sun gets too high because the shop floor can get a bit stuffy. We’ve got the usual machines you’d expect, and there’s always something that needs fixing or a part that needs checking. It’s loud, greasy work mostly, but that’s the nature of engineering. The guys on the floor have been with us for years, so we don't really need to say much to get the job done. We just show up, look at the schedules, and get to it. Sometimes the rain makes the roads around the Akvn area a bit of a mess, which slows down the deliveries, but we just deal with it. We aren't big on fancy offices or polished presentations. Usually, if someone comes by, they’ll find us in our work gear near the machines. We focus on the daily output and making sure the dimensions are right on whatever we’re cutting or shaping that day. It’s just honest work in a busy industrial zone, keeping the machines running and the orders moving out the gate.
