We are located at No. 67 on Chandara Shekhar Azad Marg. Jhabua is a nice place to live and work. B And B Water Products is where we handle all the equipment and tanks. It’s a simple setup. We have a yard where we keep the larger items. Sometimes it’s hard to keep the dust off everything since the road is right there. People stop by to ask questions about pumps or filters. We tell them what we know. There's no script or anything. We just talk like normal people. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. Inside, it’s a bit cooler than out on the street. We keep the paperwork on a small desk in the corner, though it usually gets buried under spare parts. We've been in this spot for a while. Everyone on the street knows who we are. If the delivery truck is late, we just wait. Not much else you can do. We drink a lot of water ourselves, which makes sense given what we sell. The sign outside has faded a little from the sun, but you can still read it. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because they saw the shop while passing by or a neighbor told them. It’s a steady pace. We open the shutters in the morning and close them when the sun goes down. Sometimes we have to move heavy drums around by hand which is hard work. We keep a few basic tools nearby.
