Fair Pharmaceuticals

Fair Pharmaceuticals is located in B.D. Pur, right near the Subdivisional Hospital. Having the hospital so close means we never really have a slow hour. There’s a constant stream of people coming across the road with slips of paper. It’s a bit of a hectic environment, and the shop is usually filled with the sound of medicine strips being cut and bags being crinkled. We try to keep things as organized as possible, but with so many different types of drugs, the shelves often look a bit cluttered. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local agency that supplies the nearby clinics and the people who walk in. The staff at the hospital sometimes come over during their breaks for a chat or a cold drink. It’s a community feel, even though everyone is usually in a hurry. B.D. Pur is a growing place, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we first opened. The building we’re in is old and has some leaks when it pours, so we’re always moving stock away from the damp walls. We don't do any advertising; the location next to the hospital does all that for us. Most days we are just tired by the time we pull down the shutters at ten at night. It’s a lot of standing on our feet, but we’re used to it. We just do our bit and then go home to rest up for tomorrow.
