Rajlakshmi International Foundation

Rajlakshmi International Foundation is based out here in Jehanabad, specifically in Satanpur. We are located at Manoj Kumar’s place in Aulia Chak. It’s a local spot and we’ve been here for some time now. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything fancy like that. It’s just a simple setup where we get our work done. Being in Bihar, and specifically in this part of Jehanabad, means we see exactly what’s going on with our neighbors every day. We aren't trying to be some huge international corporation despite the name, we are just local people who wanted to start something meaningful. Most of us have lived here our whole lives. We know the families and the struggles folks face around here. We don't spend money on big ads or professional writers to tell our story. We’d rather just talk to people face to face. It’s a bit dusty and the roads aren’t always the best, but it’s home. We stay busy with the daily tasks of the foundation and try to stay useful. If someone needs something, they know where to find us. We don’t have a lot of rules or a stiff way of doing things. It’s just a common-sense approach to helping out in the community. We take it day by day and hope it makes a bit of a difference for the people nearby. This is just where we happen to be.
