We are based in a small village called Samhri Garh in the Nawadah district of Bihar. Our office is part of the household of Shri Shaileshwar Singh. Being in a rural area like this means that things move a bit slower, and we have to be more practical about how we do things. The roads around here can be quite dusty, especially during the dry season, so we are always cleaning off the desks. The office is just a simple room with the basic necessities like a few chairs, a table, and our filing system. We do not have high-speed internet or fancy gadgets, but we manage to stay connected and get the L&T work done. The community here is very close-knit, and our office is right in the middle of where people live and farm. You can often hear the sound of tractors or cattle from the window. It is a very honest and humble environment. We spend a lot of our time dealing with local logistics and making sure the paperwork for the district is in order. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the area well. There is no mission statement on the wall or any promotional talk. We just show up every morning, open the windows for some air, and start working through whatever needs to be finished. It is a very basic way of living and working, but it is what we know.
