CNV INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

Down in Jehanabad, things move a bit differently than the big cities. CNV Infra is based out of Ramanand Nagar. We are at Pratima Kumar’s place, and Anjani Sharma is part of the daily grind too. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly, but we bring a bit of noise when the equipment is moving. The Magadh region gets really dry, and the dust is everywhere, so we spend a lot of time just cleaning off the files and desks. Our work is mostly about the local infrastructure, fixing things up and making sure the foundations are solid. We don’t talk much about visions or missions or anything like that. We just look at the plans and see how much gravel we need to order for the week. Sometimes the rain washes out the dirt paths we’re working on, and we have to start all over again, which is frustrating but that’s just life here. We hire local guys who know the land. They show up early, we have some tea, and then we head out. The office is really just a place to keep the license and the tax papers in order. Most of our real work happens outside under the sun. It’s hard work, but it feels good to see a project actually standing when you’re done. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just one that stays busy and treats the workers fair.
